Over 15 Years ago during the beginning of the wave of development & construction that has turned a-lot of NYC open spaces into parkland, usable space, greenroofs and thriving green spaces & infrastructure. I pioneered the commercial division of Sponzilli Landscape Group Inc., Creating partnerships & landing several key projects that are now common build outs in today’s world of construction, landscape, & development. Also, I pioneered the design process of the residential division introducing full package design presentations including animation, renderings, & full visualization packages for high end residential clientele.
