ALS has set out to create a Contemporary / Classic Residential Landscape through the integration of timeless & sophisticated materials and simple programming.  The Landscape Design uses a simple pallette of Plant Material with varying shades of Green and white as the accent color, the material selection provides year round vegetation & color.  Natural Stone Materials & Surfaces are used throughtout the design to create a rustic, strong gray color pallette - Large Stone Slabs are used as walking surfaces, Decomposed Granite surfaces create a unique texture surface, The Outdoor Kitchen & Fireplace is  finished with Stone Cladding, and large Natural Boulders which are strategically positioned throughout the property.  Respecting the Architectural Design and clean lined elegance of the Residence the Landscape serves as a perfect harmony to the Residence and maximizes the potential and positioning of the land around the residence.   The Programming of the design provides a mix of activity & engagement for everyone - play a game of pick up on the half court b-ball court, pick fresh vegetables & herbs in the vegetable garden plots, cozy up near the Stone Hearth Fireplace, or sit on the front porch & take in the landscape of your front yard.
